LastMinuteManda Terms of Service

Products and orders
Our digital stamps are downloadable files. No physical item is supplied unless a product page clearly says otherwise. The product page describes the files, artwork variations, price and any use licence included with that product. Please check those details before ordering. Prices and any applicable charges are shown before you place your order. We accept an order when we send the order confirmation.

Digital delivery
After payment, we provide access to the purchased download through the delivery link sent for your order. If the link does not arrive or the file cannot be opened, contact us at the email above with your order number so we can help. Do not share your download link or files with others.

Artwork and permitted use
The artwork and digital files remain the intellectual property of LastMinuteManda or the relevant rights holder. Your purchase gives you permission to use the files within the licence supplied with the product and the uses stated on its product page. Our standard digital stamp licence allows personal crafting and finished physical handmade cards and craft projects made by you. It does not permit sharing or reselling the digital files, print-on-demand use, or mass manufacture unless the product's licence expressly allows it. If a product has different licence terms, its included licence explains them.

Cancellations, returns and problems
Please read our Return and refund policy for the cancellation process and physical goods rules if we offer physical products. Digital content bought online normally has a 14-day cancellation period from the order date before supply begins. If you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose that right, the cancellation right ends once supply begins. If we do not obtain both, your statutory cancellation right remains. Your rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet statutory requirements are unaffected. Contact us with your order number and the problem so we can put things right.

Personal information and changes
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms for future orders; the terms shown when you order apply to that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
