Refund policy

LastMinuteManda sells digital stamp downloads. Physical clear stamps may be offered separately in future. To request a cancellation, return or help with a problem, email hello@lastminutemanda.co.uk. Digital downloads

You normally have 14 days from placing an order to cancel a digital download before supply begins. If you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose the 14-day cancellation right, that right ends once supply of the digital content begins. This applies only where both the consent and acknowledgement were given. If they were not, your statutory cancellation right remains.

Your rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights are unaffected. Please email us with your order number and the issue so we can help.

Physical clear stamps

For physical goods bought online, you can cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after you receive the goods. You then have another 14 days to send them back. Please email us with your order number and return the goods to the postal address above. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return postage. We will refund the price paid and any standard outward delivery charge within 14 days after we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of sending them, whichever is earlier. We may make a deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

If a physical item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us. Your statutory rights remain, and we will address the return and reasonable return costs as required by law.

You can cancel by emailing hello@lastminutemanda.co.uk with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use this optional form:
